
Kim Wagner, FNP-C

Kim Wagner joined PCA – Greenville in November 2009 to work as
a Family Nurse Practitioner under the supervision of Dr. Matt Koger. Kim
was a nurse for 13 years before returning to school to qualify as a nurse
practitioner. She is experienced in dealing with routine illnesses in
children and adults and well woman care.
She received her bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Arlington
and is a graduate of the UT Arlington Masters Nurse Practitioner program.
She worked at the Arlington Cancer Center after receiving her FNP degree
in 2007.
Kim has 2 grown daughters. She enjoys camping with her horses, and likes
to garden and cook. She raises chickens "for fun" as well as
Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs and cats.
"I feel that my nursing background gives me an added perspective
as a nurse practitioner. My approach to patients is based on that legacy
of directly caring for patients and making listening to them a critical
part of the treatment process." She is a strong proponent of recommended
health maintenance screening exams.
