Dr. Kynan Williams joins PCA- Greenville
February 15, 2009 - Family Practice physician Kynan
Williams, M.D. joined PCA-Greenville in January of this year.
Dr. Williams is a native of Mesquite, Texas. He completed his residency
at Texas A&M Health Science Center, College Station. He holds a B.S.
degree in Microbiology from the University of Texas in Austin and earned
his medical degree at UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas.
He has always had an interest in science and "it seemed like a natural
progression to go into medicine," he says.
PCA-Greenville, Dr. Matt Koger welcome Kim Wagner, FNP-C

5, 2009 - Certified Nurse Practitioner Kim Wagner joined PCA-Greenville
this month. She is working under the supervision of Matt Koger, M. D.
She was a nurse for 13 years before returning to UT Arlington to qualify
as a nurse practitioner.
Her experience includes working with breast cancer patients at the Arlington
Cancer Center, where she worked after receiving her FNP degree in 2007.
She will perform Well Woman exams and is a strong proponent of preventive
screening exams.
"As a former nurse, my approach to patients is based on that legacy
of directly caring for patients and making listening to them a critical
part of the treatment process."
Quinlan Clinic welcomes Brittany Fuller

1, 2009 - Certified Physician Assistant Brittany Fuller joined
the staff at PCA-Quinlan in September. She received her PA training at
the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Ft. Worth. She
worked as a pediatric nurse at Kids First Pediatrics in Highland Village
and has practiced as a Certified Physician's Assistant since 2005.
As a native of Mt. Pleasant, she is happy to be back in East Texas, although
working in South Texas for 4 years helped her learn enough Spanish to
make her Spanish-speaking patients more comfortable.
The Quinlan clinic is located at 734 E. Quinlan Parkway. Hours are 8
a.m. to
5 p.m., Monday - Friday.
Surgeon
Joshua Trussell, M.D. joins PCA-Greenville
August 4, 2009 - Primary Care Associates-Greenville
welcomed Joshua Trussell, M.D. at the beginning of this month. He is a
general surgeon with expertise in laparoscopic surgery and surgical oncology.
Dr. Trussell completed his surgical residency at Banner Good Samaritan
Medical Center in Phoenix, AZ earlier this year. During his residency
he gave a number of lectures and technical presentations, as well as publishing
results of his work.
A native of Mansfield, he holds a B.S. degree magna cum laude in biology
from the University of Texas – Arlington. He earned his medical
degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center School of Medicine
in Arlington.
Dr. Trussell looks forward to being part of the community and to educating
both the public and other doctors about the latest surgical technology.
Sharon Paine joins Royse City Clinic
August
5, 2009 - Primary Care Associates - Royse City welcomed nurse practitioner
Sharon Paine, RN, MSN, FNP-C to the clinic staff.
She served as a school nurse for the Royse City ISD for 5 years and was
on the nursing stafft at Garland Community Hospital. She has experience
with diabetes education, weight loss, and long-term elder care.
"I'm very excited to be back in Royse City and to be a part of the
community," she says.
Clinic hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. Se habla Español.
Courtney
Tyson moves to Greenville clinic
August 5, 2009 - Physician Assistant Courtney Tyson,
PA-C has moved from PCA - Royse City to PCA - Greenville. She joined PCA
in November 2007.
Her experience includes working with Alzheimer seizure disorders. Before
joining PCA, Courtney worked in student health at Texas A & M –
Commerce.
She completed her undergraduate degree at Texas A & M University
in College Station and received her PA training at Texas Tech in Lubbock,
where she worked in the Health Sciences Center's neurology department.
