Dr. Embry is a Family Practice Physician. He joined Primary Care Associates of Gun Barrel City in January 1999. He serves as the Medical Director of PCA-GBC, overseeing 3 mid-level practitioners.

He earned his medical degree at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas. He served in the military for 20 years - 9 years in the Army as a medic and 11 years in the Air Force as a Physician - retiring as a lieutenant colonel in 2001.

Dr. Embry is a well know physician around the Cedar Creek Lake area. He was recognized as Best of the Best Physicians of Cedar Creek Lake two years in a row.

Dr. Embry and his wife Chyrl live in the country in Mabank, Texas. They have two sons and enjoy spending time with their grandchildren.

When he’s not looking after his patients, he enjoys traveling, fishing, gentleman farming, and working in his shop.
